Footage showing the moment Mrs. Olaide Busayo Adegoke John-Paul, sister of former Minister of Power, Bayo Adelabu, and her twin sons were abducted by unknown men has surfaced online.
A viral video circulating on social media shows the moment the incident reportedly occurred in Ibadan, Oyo State.
Mrs. John-Paul and her 12-year-old twin sons, Peter and Paul, were reportedly kidnapped while she was on her way to drop the children at school.
The family had earlier confirmed the incident in a statement signed by Comrade Femi Awogboro, Media Aide to Chief Adelabu, noting that security agencies had been alerted and had commenced investigations.
The statement also appealed for calm, urging members of the public to avoid speculation and allow security operatives handle the situation.
