Ondo State Governor Lucky Orimisan Aiyedatiwa has approved the appointment of three members of the Ondo State Sports Council as part of his administration’s efforts to strengthen sports development in the state.
The appointments were contained in a statement issued on Sunday by the Governor’s Chief Press Secretary, Prince Ebenezer Adeniyan.
The statement read, “In line with his administration’s commitment to repositioning sports development in Ondo State, His Excellency, Governor Lucky Orimisan Aiyedatiwa has approved the appointment of members of the Ondo State Sports Council.”
“The appointees are:
1. Oladimeji Abimbola – Chairman
2. Babatunde Martins Boriwa – Member
3. Ibiloye Matthew Abiodun – Member.”
“The appointments take immediate effect.”
“The Governor urged the new members to bring their wealth of experience to bear in promoting sports development, grassroots participation, and excellence in Ondo State.”
