Ondo State Governor Lucky Orimisan Aiyedatiwa has approved the re-appointment of Dr. Taiwo Fasoranti as the Secretary to the State Government (SSG).
The appointment was announced in a statement issued on Tuesday by the Governor’s Chief Press Secretary, Prince Ebenezer Adeniyan.
The statement read, “The Governor of Ondo State, His Excellency, Hon. Lucky Orimisan Aiyedatiwa, has approved the re-appointment of Dr. Taiwo Fasoranti as the Secretary to the State Government (SSG).”
“The appointment takes immediate effect.”
“Dr. Fasoranti was the SSG until March 30, 2026 when he resigned to contest in the Senate primaries of the All Progressives Congress for Ondo Central Senatorial District.”
“Dr. Taiwo Fasoranti brings to the office a wealth of experience in public administration, policy formulation, and governance.”
While congratulating Dr Fasoranti on his appointment, Governor Aiyedatiwa charged him to “justify the confidence reposed in him by serving the people of Ondo State with dedication, integrity, and commitment to the ‘Our Ease’ agenda of his administration.”
