The Civil Defence, Correctional, Fire and Immigration Services Board (CDCFIB) has announced the next stage of its 2024/2025 recruitment exercise, which is physical screening and document verification.
According to a statement signed by the Secretary to the Board, Maj Gen (Rtd.) A M Jibril, applicants who took part in the online Computer-Based Test held in November 2025 are to access the Board’s official recruitment portal https://recruitment.cdcfib.gov.ng from Monday, 15th to Saturday, 20th June 2026 to verify their status.
Applicants are required to log in using the Application Number generated at the time of initial registration. If shortlisted, they will be required to upload their credentials and select a date and venue of their choice for physical screening.
The Board stressed that the recruitment exercise is free of charge, warning applicants not to pay any individual, agent or group claiming to offer assistance with shortlisting, venue allocation, document upload or final selection.
The Board advised the public to disregard fake recruitment messages and fraudulent links, noting that all official updates will be communicated through its recruitment portal and approved communication channels.
The CDCFIB reaffirmed its commitment to ensuring that the exercise is transparent, credible and merit-based in line with extant recruitment guidelines.
